Squire’s involvement within drum & bass began in 2000 when he moved to London to start a degree in music business & production. Whilst studying he met aspiring drum & bass producer Silent Witness, and the pair began hatching plans to start a collective of their own.

Having introduced Silent Witness to close friend and producer Break, the basis of a label began to take shape. By the time they’d graduated, Silent Witness was signed to Nico’s legendary No U Turn Records, for whom Squire started working as label manager.

By the summer of 2003, DNAudio was established, and Squire had started working as drum & bass buyer for online record store Juno Records (Juno.co.uk), as well as holding down weekly residencies on infamous London Pirate radio stations Ruud Awakening (104.3fm) and later Rude FM (88.2fm).

It was during that summer that Squire made his first forays into music production – the result of collaborations with both Break and Silent Witness were two tracks; ‘The Filth’ and ‘Rooted’ became the second release on DNAudio.
‘The Filth’ was picked up by Nicky Blackmarket for his Basement Sessions mix CD (Azuli Records), and both tracks received support from a wide range of top DJs including Pendulum, Randall, Brockie, Bad Company, Trace, Klute and BBC Radio One’s John Peel.

DNAudio continues to go from strength to strength, with a constantly expanding fan-base and a burgeoning reputation for putting out some of the most innovative and exciting drum & bass music around. Squire's latest venture, Resolute Music was established in 2008 to showcase material from the new-wave of international artists currently infiltrating the drum & bass scene. A year down the line, the label's output has already enjoyed the support of DJ Friction, Die, Fierce, Noisia, Pendulum, DJ Marky, Klute, Calyx, Teebee, Bailey and Flight and continues to deliver cutting edge music from around the world.

Alongside controlling operations at both labels, Squire’s DJ schedule remains consistent with tours of the USA and Australia and regular sets across the UK and Europe showcasing the DNAudio sound.
